Eve is our Daily Bread

If Adam is male and female what then is Eve? Lets look at her creation. "And the rib which the LORD God had taken from man made he a woman and brought her unto the man" Gen 2;22. "And Adam said, this is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh, she shall be called Woman because she was taken out of man" Gen 2:23.

'Woman' means 'Out of Man'. The secret to understanding this piece of scripture is in the meaning of the word 'flesh'. We must also remember that Adam is both male and female and is the man from which Eve was taken. His 'flesh' was his doctrine or religion just as it is today. When Jesus spoke He said "I am the living bread which came down from heaven, if any man eat of this bread, he shall live forever, and the bread that I will give is my flesh which I will give for the life of the world" john 6:51 So Jesus' flesh' is his 'bread' and this bread or flesh was His doctrine. We see this in the Gospel of John "And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, the glory of the only begotten of the Father) full of grace and truth" john 1:14. The WORD spoken of is the New Testament which was written about the teachings of Jesus Christ which is our daily bread which we eat by reading the scriptures. Thus bread was Eve. She was taken from man (Adam) a population of worshippers who were the first Hebrews male and female together. "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh" Gen 2:24. "And they shall be one flesh or belief.
